भवन्ति बलिनोऽधृष्या विपक्षाणां न संशयः ।
तद्विपर्यमासाद्य प्रयान्ति च विपर्ययम् ॥
bhavanti balino 'dhṛṣyā vipakṣāṇāṃ na saṃśayaḥ / tad-viparyayam āsādya prayānti ca viparyayam
ते स्वप्रतिपक्षेष्वभेद्याः बलवन्तो भवन्ति—अत्र संशयो नास्ति। विपरीते तु काले प्राप्ते तेऽपि वैपरित्ययं यान्ति॥
