उदयास्तमने भानोः शयनञ्च विवर्जयेत् ।

नास्नातो नैव संविष्टो न चैवान्यमना नरः ॥

udayāstamane bhānoḥ śayanañ ca vivarjayet | nāsnāto naiva saṃviṣṭo na caivānyamanā naraḥ ||

सूर्योदयसमये सूर्यास्तसमये च न शयीत। स्नानं विना नोपविश्य भुञ्जीत, न चासम्यगासीनः, न च विक्षिप्तमानसः॥
