नक्तमेव च भक्तानि पाचयेत नराधिप: । न दिवा ज्वालयेदग्निं वर्जयित्वा5डग्निहोत्रिकम्,राजाको चाहिये कि वह युद्धके अवसरोंपर नगरके लोगोंको रातमें ही भोजन बनानेकी आज्ञा दे। दिनमें अग्निहोत्रकों छोड़कर और किसी कामके लिये कोई आग न जलावे
