Service to Dhṛtarāṣṭra and Allocation of State Duties
उत्थायोत्थाय तत् कार्यमस्य राज्ञ: पितुर्मम । सर्व भवद्धिः कर्तव्यमप्रमत्तैर्यथायथम्,तत्पश्चात् शत्रुवीरोंका संहार करनेवाले धर्मवत्सल धर्मात्मा युधिष्ठिरने विदुर, संजय तथा परम बुद्धिमान युयुत्सुसे कहा--“आपलोगोंको सदा सावधान रहकर प्रतिदिन उठ- उठकर मेरे ताऊ महाराज धृतराष्ट्रकी सेवाका सारा आवश्यक कार्य यथोचितरूपसे सम्पन्न करना चाहिये
utthāyotthāya tat kāryam asya rājñaḥ pitur mama | sarvaṁ bhavadbhiḥ kartavyam apramattair yathāyatham ||
वैशम्पायन उवाच—“उत्थायोत्थाय प्रतिदिनं तत् कार्यमस्य राज्ञः—मम पितुः—सर्वं भवद्भिः कर्तव्यम्; अप्रमत्तैः यथायथं यथाविधि च समापादनीयम्।”
