नारद उवाच
The verse underscores dharmic legitimacy through cosmic recognition: when divine orders (Gandharvas, Apsarases, Lokapālas) gather in a royal hall, it signals that authority and hierarchy are not merely political but aligned with a wider moral and cosmic order.
Nārada is describing the grandeur of the assembly hall: hosts of Gandharvas and Apsarases arrive together, along with additional eminent Gandharvas and the Lokapālas from all directions, emphasizing the hall’s universal, almost heavenly character.
