Arjuna’s evacuation of Dvārakā, Vasudeva’s rites, and the caravan’s crisis
काल एव समादत्ते पुनरेव यदृच्छया । धनंजय! काल ही इन सबकी जड़ है। संसारकी उत्पत्तिका बीज भी काल ही है और काल ही फिर अकस्मात् सबका संहार कर देता है
kāla eva samādatte punar eva yadṛcchayā | dhanañjaya! kālaḥ hī ināṁ sabkī jaṛa hai | saṁsārakī utpattikā bīja bhī kāla hī hai aura kāla hī phira akasmāt sabkā saṁhāra kara detā hai |
धनंजय! काल एव सर्वमिदं पुनरपि यदृच्छयैव समादत्ते। कालो ह्यस्य सर्वस्य मूलम्; काल एव जगदुत्पत्तेर्बीजं, काल एव च अकस्मात् सर्वसंहारकर्ता।
