Educational Q&A

The verse highlights dharmic resolve expressed as loyal support: in a righteous struggle, commitment is strengthened when leaders and allied forces stand together, follow a chosen commander, and share the burden of action.

Bhīma declares that he will follow the addressed leader, and he lists major allied contingents—Dhṛṣṭadyumna, Sātyaki, the Pāñcālas, Kekayas, Matsyas, and Prabhadrakas—signaling a coordinated advance and unified backing in the battle context of Droṇa Parva.
