Educational Q&A

The verse highlights how, when forces falter, a leader’s decisive action can restore momentum; ethically, it also points to the grave responsibility involved in unleashing divinely empowered weapons, where power must be weighed against the wider consequences of escalation.

As some warriors are routed and begin to retreat, the foe-conquering champion responds by deploying a divine weapon, appearing radiant and formidable like the rising sun—signaling a surge in intensity on the battlefield.
