Educational Q&A

The verse highlights how the frenzy of battle turns speech into incitement, normalizing extreme violence. In the Mah01bh01rata's ethical frame, such moments expose the strain placed on dharma in war: even when fighting is sanctioned, cruelty and dehumanizing commands signal moral danger.

On the battlefield in Droa Parva, a loud uproar rises as warriors shout orders to rush toward a chariot associated with Droa01c01rya and strike fiercely. The line functions as a soundscape of war, conveying panic, aggression, and coordinated assault.
