Educational Q&A

Nobility is shown not only by courage but by restraint: the virtuous and truly heroic avoid disparaging others and do not resort to harsh, fault-finding speech, even when they have the power or the occasion to do so.

In the Drona Parva war narrative, Sañjaya comments on the conduct expected of exemplary warriors, highlighting that the best men maintain dignified speech and do not engage in blame or insult.
