सम्प्रैक्षत् तावकं सैन्यं व्याप्रो मृगगणानिव । भीमसेनसे ऐसा कहकर उन्हें विदा करनेके पश्चात् महायशस्वी सात्यकिने आपकी सेनाकी ओर उसी प्रकार देखा, जैसे बाघ मृगोंके झुंडकी ओर देखता है
sampraikṣat tāvakaṃ sainyaṃ vyāghro mṛgagaṇān iva |
सञ्जय उवाच—एवं भीमसेनं समाश्वास्य तं विसृज्य महायशा युयुधानः तावकं सैन्यं सम्प्रैक्षत्, व्याघ्रो यथा मृगगणान्।
