True glorification of the Divine naturally awakens joy and loving attraction in the world, while forces aligned with adharma are unsettled and retreat; the perfected beings respond with reverence, showing that moral-spiritual authority is recognized across the cosmos.
Arjuna addresses Kṛṣṇa as Hṛṣīkeśa and, in a mood of worship, describes the cosmic response to Kṛṣṇa’s proclaimed greatness: beings rejoice, rākṣasas flee in fear, and siddhas bow—framing Arjuna’s prayerful praise within the larger war-time revelation of divine majesty.
