संवर्त उवाच
The verse teaches the universality of Śiva’s supremacy: even varied divine and non-divine classes (including potentially hostile beings) are depicted as worshipping him, implying that ultimate divinity transcends categories and commands reverence from all.
Saṁvarta is describing the cosmic stature of Umāpati (Śiva), listing groups such as the Ādityas, Maruts, and Yātudhānas to emphasize that worship of Śiva is widespread and universal.
