ये च भाष्यविद: केचिद् ये च व्याकरणे रता: । अधीयते पुराण ये धर्मशास्त्राण्यथापि च
bhīṣma uvāca | ye ca bhāṣyavidaḥ kecid ye ca vyākaraṇe ratāḥ | adhīyate purāṇe ye dharmaśāstrāṇy athāpi ca ||
भीष्म उवाच—ये च भाष्यविदः केचित्, ये च व्याकरणे रताः; अधीयते पुराणानि, धर्मशास्त्राणि चापि ये—तेषां विद्या-वृत्तसम्पन्नानां सन्निधिः परान् अपि पावयति।
