svavittaṁ tena dattaṁ tu dattātreyāya kāraṇe | kṣatradharma-puraskṛtya vinayaṁ śrutam eva ca
Translation
भीष्म उवाच— स तेन कारणेन स्ववित्तं दत्तात्रेयाय दत्तवान्। क्षात्रधर्मं पुरस्कृत्य विनयं श्रुतमेव चानुवर्तत॥
