Adhyaya 23: श्वेत-लोहित-पीत-कृष्ण-विश्व-कल्पेषु रुद्रस्वरूप-गायत्री-तत्त्ववर्णनम्
तदाप्यहं त्वया ज्ञातः परमेण समाधिना विश्वरूपा च संवृत्ता गायत्री लोकधारिणी
tadāpyahaṃ tvayā jñātaḥ parameṇa samādhinā viśvarūpā ca saṃvṛttā gāyatrī lokadhāriṇī
तदाप्यहं त्वया परमेण समाधिना यथावत् ज्ञातः; गायत्री च विश्वरूपा संवृत्ता लोकधारिणी बभूव।

It links outer worship to inner realization: the highest fruit of Linga-oriented devotion is direct knowing of Pati (Shiva) through parama-samādhi, where Shakti (here, Gāyatrī) is understood as the cosmic support of all worlds.
Shiva-tattva is presented as knowable not merely by discourse but by supreme absorption—when the pashu (soul) becomes inwardly steady, Shiva is ‘known’ as the ultimate reality, with Shakti simultaneously revealed as viśvarūpā (cosmic-form).
Paramā-samādhi (supreme meditative absorption) is emphasized—an inner limb aligned with Pāśupata-oriented discipline, where mantra-power (Gāyatrī) and contemplation culminate in direct realization.
