Sāmavidhāna (Procedure concerning the Sāma Veda) — Colophon and Closure
अयं खण्डः अध्याय-कोलोफनरूपः; अग्निमहापुराणे सामविधान-प्रकरणस्य समाप्तिं, अध्यायनाम विषयं च स्पष्टं निवेदयति। एतेन शास्त्रवत् क्रमबद्धा रचना सूच्यते—विधानानि पृथक् विषयसीमितेषु विभागेषु उपदिश्यन्ते। उपसंहारः पाठकं अन्यस्मिन् वैदिक-विधान-संग्रहे प्रवेशाय सज्जीकरोति; सामनां यथाविधान-प्रयोगे यः नियमः, स एव अथर्वण-परम्परायामपि विस्तार्यते इति संकेतः। अग्नेयविद्यायां एते कोलोफनाः दर्शयन्ति यत् कर्मज्ञानं न केवलं आख्यानरूपं, किन्तु धर्मसिद्ध्यर्थं अन्तःशुद्ध्यर्थं च सुव्यवस्थितं शास्त्रं भवति।
