शरद्वर्णनं, योगोपमा, तथा गोवर्धन-यज्ञप्रवर्तनम्
कुमुदैः शरदम्भांसि योग्यतालक्षणं ययुः अवबोधैर् मनांसीव संबन्धम् अमलात्मनाम्
kumudaiḥ śaradambhāṃsi yogyatālakṣaṇaṃ yayuḥ avabodhair manāṃsīva saṃbandham amalātmanām
С распусканием белых лотосов осенние воды обрели признак пригодности и ясности; так и с восхождением истинного понимания умы входят в чистую связь с безупречными душами.
Sage Parāśara (teaching Maitreya)
They symbolize natural clarity and readiness—just as autumn water becomes visibly pure, the mind becomes fit for higher truth when awakened by right understanding.
Parāśara uses avabodha as the inner illumination that makes the mind capable of genuine communion with the pure—suggesting that knowledge is not merely intellectual but purifying and connecting.
Though not named in the verse, the Purana’s framework implies that purity and awakening ultimately orient the mind toward the Supreme Reality—Vishnu—as the ground of order, goodness, and liberating knowledge.
