Transliteration

evaṃ śapto mayā brahmanrāvaṇo lokarāvaṇaḥ | arcitaṃ kevalaṃ liṃgaṃ vinā tena mahātmanā

Translation

Так, о брахман, Равана — мучитель миров — был мною проклят. И всё же тот великий почитал лишь один лингам, без пīтхики — должного основания/престола, что должно ему сопутствовать.
