स्तुतिभिः प्रणिपातैश्च तथा सर्वैः सुरासुरैः । तत्र स्थितो महादेवो नाभ्युत्थानाभिवादने । चकारास्य ततः क्रुद्धो दक्षो वचनब्रवीत्
stutibhiḥ praṇipātaiśca tathā sarvaiḥ surāsuraiḥ | tatra sthito mahādevo nābhyutthānābhivādane | cakārāsya tataḥ kruddho dakṣo vacanabravīt
Восхваляемый гимнами и почитаемый всеми — и богами, и асурами, — Махадева стоял там, но не встал и не приветствовал его. Тогда Дакша, разгневанный, произнес такие слова.
