जगच्च क्षुब्धमत्यर्थं स्वां प्रतिज्ञां पुरा कृताम् । पश्चिमां प्रतिलंबंतं भास्करं चापि लोहितम्
jagacca kṣubdhamatyarthaṃ svāṃ pratijñāṃ purā kṛtām | paścimāṃ pratilaṃbaṃtaṃ bhāskaraṃ cāpi lohitam
И мир был потрясён чрезвычайно; (он увидел) данную прежде клятву, и также Солнце, покрасневшее, низко повисшее на западной стороне.
