स्वगोत्रं यदि न ब्रूते न देया भगिनी मम । ततो हासस्तदा जज्ञे सर्वेषां सुमहास्वनः
svagotraṃ yadi na brūte na deyā bhaginī mama | tato hāsastadā jajñe sarveṣāṃ sumahāsvanaḥ
«Если он не назовёт свой готра, моей сестры нельзя отдавать (в жёны)». И тогда среди всех поднялся громкий, великий смех, раскатившийся повсюду.
