चतुर्थस्य तु सावर्णेरृषीन्सप्त निबोध मे । द्युतिर्वसिष्ठपुत्रश्च आत्रेयस्सुतपास्तथा

It anchors spiritual life in cosmic order: in each Manvantara, realized seers preserve dharma and transmit Shaiva-aligned wisdom, enabling beings to progress from bondage (paśu) toward liberation under the Lord (Pati).
Though this line lists Saptarṣis, it implies the living lineage through which Saguna Shiva-worship—such as Linga devotion, mantra, and temple rites—is preserved and taught in every age.
The practical takeaway is reverence for ṛṣi-paramparā: study of scripture under guidance, daily japa of the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), and disciplined observance of dharma as upheld by the sages.
