स्त्रिया वा पुरुषेणापि नियमाल्लिंगसन्निधौ । अब्दजप्तमिदं स्तोत्रम्पुत्रदन्नात्र संशयः
striyā vā puruṣeṇāpi niyamālliṃgasannidhau | abdajaptamidaṃ stotramputradannātra saṃśayaḥ

It affirms that Śiva’s grace is accessible to all—women and men alike—and that disciplined devotion (niyama) offered before the Liṅga can yield tangible fruits, showing the compassionate, boon-giving aspect of Saguna Śiva.
The verse explicitly places the practice in liṅga-sannidhi (the Liṅga’s presence), highlighting the Liṅga as the focal support for devotion where the devotee’s vow-bound recitation becomes an offering that draws Śiva’s blessing.
A year-long disciplined recitation (abda-japa) of the specified stotra in front of the Śiva-liṅga, undertaken with niyamas (vow-like observances) as part of regular Liṅga-pūjā.
