शिवदूतस्य शङ्खचूडकुलप्रवेशः — The Śiva-Envoy’s Entry into Śaṅkhacūḍa’s City
शंखचूड उवाच । स्वतो राज्यं न दास्यामि नाधिकारान् विनिश्चयात् । विना युद्धं महेशेन सत्यमेतद्ब्रवीम्यहम्
śaṃkhacūḍa uvāca | svato rājyaṃ na dāsyāmi nādhikārān viniścayāt | vinā yuddhaṃ maheśena satyametadbravīmyaham
Шанкхачӯда сказал: «Я не отдам царство по своей воле и не уступлю своих прав и привилегий — таково моё твёрдое решение. Без битвы с Махешей (Господом Шивой) это не будет решено; истину говорю.»
