मेनायाः क्रोध-विलापः — Menā’s Lament and Reproach
to the Sage
ततो वेदास्तथा देवा यत्किंचिद्दृश्यते जगत् । स्थावरं जंगमं चैव तत्सर्वं शकरादभूत्
tato vedāstathā devā yatkiṃciddṛśyate jagat | sthāvaraṃ jaṃgamaṃ caiva tatsarvaṃ śakarādabhūt
От Него произошли Веды и боги; воистину, всё, что видимо как мир — неподвижное и движущееся — всё возникло из Шанкары.

Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadyojāta
Role: creative
Cosmic Event: sṛṣṭi (emanation of Veda, deva, and jagat from Śaṅkara)
It establishes Śaṅkara as the ultimate source of revelation (the Vedas) and manifestation (all beings), directing the devotee to see the entire universe as dependent on Pati (Lord Shiva) and to cultivate God-centered awareness rather than world-centered attachment.
Since all that is seen arises from Śaṅkara, the Liṅga is revered as the universal sign of that same Lord—Saguna worship (form, mantra, ritual) becomes a valid doorway to realize the all-pervading cause behind the moving and unmoving cosmos.
Practice pañcākṣarī-japa ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") while contemplating that every perception—devas, scriptures, and all creatures—rests in and arises from Śiva; this supports one-pointed devotion and inner detachment.
