विष्णुरुवाच । ज्ञातं सर्वं निदानं मे पार्वती तपसोद्य वै । युष्माभिस्सहितस्त्वद्य व्रजामि परमेश्वरम्
viṣṇuruvāca | jñātaṃ sarvaṃ nidānaṃ me pārvatī tapasodya vai | yuṣmābhissahitastvadya vrajāmi parameśvaram

The practical takeaway is to align one’s vow or sādhana with a clear spiritual intention and then approach Śiva with devotion—commonly supported in Śaiva practice by japa of the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) and disciplined austerity according to one’s capacity.
