अद्वैतशैवसिद्धान्ते पुरुष-प्रकृति-विचारः

यत्किंचिद्वस्तुजातन्तत्सर्वमत्र प्रतिष्ठितम् । विचारणीयं सद्बुध्या न बहिर्मुनिसत्तम

Какой бы ни был род вещей, всё утверждено здесь (в самой этой реальности/во внутреннем Я). Потому, о лучший из мудрецов, следует созерцать это правым разумением, а не искать вовне.

Practice inward meditation with steady inquiry while repeating the Panchakshara (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), using worship as a support but returning the attention to the inner seat of Shiva rather than chasing external objects.
