विश्वेश्वरमुमाकान्तं ससुतं सगणाधिपम् । पूजयामास सद्भक्त्या ह्यस्तौ न्नत्वा मुहुर्मुहुः
viśveśvaramumākāntaṃ sasutaṃ sagaṇādhipam | pūjayāmāsa sadbhaktyā hyastau nnatvā muhurmuhuḥ

The verse emphasizes Saguna upāsanā—approaching Śiva as Viśveśvara and Umākānta—through concrete acts of pūjā and stuti, which in practice commonly include Linga-worship as Śiva’s accessible form.
Perform Śiva-pūjā with sincere devotion, recite hymns, and offer repeated namaskāra; as a complementary sādhana, japa of the Pañcākṣarī ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") while bowing is implied by the rhythm of praise and prostration.
