Transliteration

evaṃ bahuvidhaṃ duḥkhaṃ manasā dhārayan muhuḥ |

nādhyagacchat tadā pāraṃ śokasya kapikuñjaraḥ ||

Translation

Так, вновь и вновь неся в уме многообразную скорбь, «слон среди обезьян» тогда не достиг дальнего берега — конца — своей печали.
