Commencement of the Ocean-Crossing

ततस्तस्या नखैस्तीक्ष्णैर्मर्माण्युत्कृत्य वानरः।उत्पपाताथ वेगेन मनः सम्पातविक्रमः।।।।

Transliteration

tatas tasyā nakhais tīkṣṇair marmāṇy utkṛtya vānaraḥ |

utpapātātha vegena manaḥ saṃpātavikramaḥ ||

Translation

Тогда ванара острыми когтями рассёк её жизненные точки и стремительно выпрыгнул наружу — быстр в деянии, как полёт мысли.
