प्रगृह्य शिरसा पात्रीं हविषो विधिवत्तदा।महते दैवतायाज्यं जुहाव ज्वलितेऽनले।।2.6.2।।
pragṛhya śirasā pātrīṃ haviṣo vidhivat tadā |
mahate daivatāyājyaṃ juhāva jvalite 'nale || 2.6.2 ||
Затем, по предписанию обряда, возложив на голову сосуд с приношениями, он возлил очищенное масло (гхи) в пылающий священный огонь, как жертву Великому Божеству (Вишну).
