Omens of calamity and the approach of Khara’s army

Dharma is steadfastness in righteous defense: even when danger is certain, one must stand firm, protect the innocent, and act without despair.
Rama interprets bodily omens (trembling arm) and Lakshmana’s auspicious appearance as signs of an imminent battle and likely victory.
Rama’s leadership and truthfulness—he acknowledges the gravity of conflict while strengthening Lakshmana’s resolve with reasoned confidence.
