FAQs

It links tīrtha-snānā (sacred bathing) with vidhivat-pūjā, teaching that purification is completed by disciplined worship of Nārāyaṇa at the very tīrtha where the merit is gathered.

Bhakti here is expressed as reverent, rule-guided worship—after purifying oneself, the devotee turns to Nārāyaṇa as the flawless refuge, making devotion both inward (purity) and outward (pūjā).

It emphasizes kalpa/ritual procedure through the term “vidhivat,” pointing to correct performance of rites (pūjā-vidhi) following established injunctions rather than casual worship.
