न क्रोधो5भ्यन्तरस्तस्य भवतीति विनिश्चितम् । दूरदर्शी विद्वान जिसे तेजस्वी कहते हैं, उसके भीतर क्रोध नहीं होता; यह निश्चित बात है
na krodho 'bhyantaras tasya bhavatīti viniścitam |
Юдхиштхира сказал: «Твёрдо установлено, что в таком человеке не возникает гнев. Поистине дальновидный, учёный и сияющий—того люди называют “теджасви”—не таит в себе внутренней ярости».
युधिछिर उवाच
Inner anger is incompatible with true wisdom and radiance (tejas). A genuinely far-seeing and learned person is characterized by inner restraint; ethical strength is shown not by outward power but by the absence of inward wrath.
Yudhiṣṭhira is articulating a moral judgment about the nature of the truly wise and ‘tejasvī’ person, emphasizing that such a person does not entertain anger internally—framing self-mastery as a hallmark of dharmic character.
