पुराणे पुरुष प्रोक्तं ब्रह्म प्रोक्ते युगादिषु । क्षये संकर्षणं प्रोक्ते तमुपास्यमुपास्महे

Того, кого в Пуранах именуют «Пуруша», кого в начале юг называют «Брахмой», а в конце юг — «Санкаршаной», — того высочайшего, достойного поклонения Владыку мы почитаем и ему поклоняемся.
