Adhyāya 214: Tapas Redefined—Perpetual Discipline, Hospitality, and the Ethics of Eating (तपः-निरूपणम्, विघसाशी-अतिथिप्रिय-धर्मः)

सुदुर्गमिव पन्थानमतीत्य गुणबन्धनम्‌ । यथा पश्येत्‌ तथा दोषानतीत्यामृतमश्लुते

Подобно тому как путник проходит крайне труднопроходимый путь, человек с созревшим разумом переходит через узы гун. И как он видит свои пороки, так же он их и превосходит, достигая Амриты — высшего состояния Параматмана, бессмертного.
