vavarṣa maghavāṁs tatra tava putre nipātite | bharatanandana!

Translation

О потомок Бхараты! Когда твой сын был сражён и пал там, Магхаван (Индра) пролил на то место странный дождь — дождь крови и пыли. Этот знак подчёркивает: гибель воина — не только личная скорбь, но и космическое предзнаменование в нравственной буре войны.
