विदार्य पाण्डवै: क्रुद्धैस्त्वया गुप्तैरहतं विभो । 'प्रभो! तुमसे सुरक्षित रहकर ही क्रोधभरे पाण्डव योद्धाओंने धूलसे आच्छादित और समुद्रके समान उमड़ी हुई कौरव-सेनाको छित्न-भिन्न करके मार डाला है

vidārya pāṇḍavaiḥ kruddhais tvayā guptair ahataṁ vibho |

Санджая сказал: «О могучий владыка! Разъярённые воины Пандавов, укрытые твоей защитой, разорвали и перебили войско Кауравов, что вздымалось, как океан, и было заволочено пылью.»
