Transliteration

atyāgaś cābhimānaś ca moho manyus tathākṣamā | matsaraś caiva bhūteṣu tāmasaṁ vṛttam iṣyate ||

Translation

Ваю-дева сказал: «Скупость (отказ давать), гордыня, омрачение, гнев, нетерпимость и зависть к живым существам — такое поведение считается тамасическим, рожденным тьмой и инерцией».
