ततो राजा जातरूपस्य राशीन्‌ पदे पदे कारयामास हृष्ट: । द्विजातिभ्यो विसृजन्‌ भूरि वित्तं रराज वित्तेश इवारिहन्ता

tato rājā jātarūpasya rāśīn pade pade kārayāmāsa hṛṣṭaḥ | dvijātibhyo visṛjan bhūri vittaṃ rarāja vitteśa ivārihantā ||

Тогда царь, губитель врагов, в радости сердца велел на каждом шагу воздвигать груды золота. Щедро раздавая несметные богатства в дар дважды-рождённым (брахманам), он сиял великолепием, подобно Кубере, владыке сокровищ.
