Translation

Бхишма сказал: Тот, кто намерен пожертвовать корову, должен соблюдать обет с должной строгостью; пригласить дваждырождённого брахмана, почтить его и заранее объявить время — «завтра». Для дара следует приготовить рыжеватую корову (Рохини), обратиться к ней установленными словами, войти в середину стада и произнести указанную ведийскую формулу.
