न चोषरां न निर्दग्धां महीं दद्यात् कथंचन
Transliteration
na coṣarāṃ na nirdagdhāṃ mahīṃ dadyāt kathaṃcana
Translation
Бхишма сказал: «Ни при каких обстоятельствах не следует дарить землю солончаковую и бесплодную, равно как и землю, выжженную огнём и ставшую непригодной».
