गोब्राह्मणाय साहाय्य॑ कुर्वाणा वै न संशय: । आनुृशंस्यमनुक्रोश: सत्यवाक्यं तथा क्षमा
gobrāhmaṇāya sāhāyyaṁ kurvāṇā vai na saṁśayaḥ | ānṛśaṁsyam anukrośaḥ satyavākyaṁ tathā kṣamā puruṣasiṁha |
Бхишма сказал: Нет сомнения, что даже люди смешанного происхождения могут обрести истинное духовное возвышение, если они помогают коровам и брахманам, оставляют жестокие деяния, проявляют сострадание ко всем, говорят правду и упражняются в прощении. О лев среди людей, такое поведение, основанное на милосердии, истине и терпении, открывает путь к высшему благу.
