Transliteration

saṃniruddhas tu tenātmā sarveṣv āyataneṣu ca

Translation

Вайшампаяна сказал: Когда «я» сдержано той дисциплиной и контроль удерживается во всех телесных средоточиях деятельности, человек становится управляемым изнутри—пригодным к стойкому поведению и нравственной ясности.
