ज्ञानपूर्वकृतं कर्म च्छादयन्ते हासाधव: । ज्ञानपूर्व विनश्यन्ति गूहमाना महाजने
jñānapūrvakṛtaṃ karma cchādayante hāsādhavaḥ | jñānapūrvaṃ vinaśyanti gūhamānā mahājane ||
Бхишма сказал: Злодеи стараются скрыть даже те греховные деяния, которые совершили сознательно. Но когда они пытаются утаить свою вину в присутствии великих и прозорливых, они приходят к гибели: ибо вина, намеренно прикрытая, губит их.
