समावर्तोंडनिवृत्तात्मा दुर्जयो दुरतिक्रम: । दुर्लभो दुर्गमो दुर्गों दुरावासो दुरारिहा

Transliteration

samāvarto 'nivṛttātmā durjayo duratikramaḥ | durlabho durgamo durgo durāvāso durārihā ||

Translation

Бхишма сказал: Он — вечно вращающийся Владыка, приводящий в движение колесо мирского бытия; Его Самость ни от чего не отступает, ибо Он присутствует повсюду. Он непобедим, и никто не может преступить Его повеление. Без преданности Его не достигают; Он труден для познания и труден для достижения. Даже йогинам нелегко водворить Его в сердце, и Он — истребитель враждебных, неправедных сил.
