मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
त्रयोदशे तु दिवसे प्राप्ते यः प्राशते हवि: । सदा द्वादशमासान् वै देवसत्रफलं लभेत्
trayodaśe tu divase prāpte yaḥ prāśate haviḥ | sadā dvādaśamāsān vai devasatraphalaṃ labhet ||
Бхишма разъясняет: «Если в тринадцатый день, когда наступает предписанное время, человек вкушает хави — жертвенную облатку, — то на протяжении всех двенадцати месяцев он непрестанно обретает заслугу, равную плоду дева-сатры, длительного обряда, совершаемого ради богов.»
