Duḥṣanta–Śakuntalā: Gandharva Marriage and Succession Condition
इति देवासुराणां ते गन्धर्वाप्सरसां तथा । अंशावतरणं राजन् राक्षसानां च कीर्तितम्
iti devāsurāṇāṃ te gandharvāpsarasāṃ tathā | aṃśāvataraṇaṃ rājan rākṣasānāṃ ca kīrtitam ||
Вайшампаяна сказал: «Так, о царь, тебе поведано о нисхождении долей (aṃśa) богов и асуров, равно как гандхарв и апсар, а также ракшасов».
