समन्तपञ्चक-आख्यानम् तथा अक्षौहिणी-प्रमाणनिर्णयः

दाहो जतुगृहस्यात्र हैडिम्बं पर्व चोच्यते । ततो बकवध: पर्व पर्व चैत्ररथं तत:,इसके पश्चात् जतुगृह (लाक्षाभवन) दाहपर्व है। तदनन्तर हिडिम्बवधपर्व है, फिर बकवध और उसके बाद चैत्ररथपर्व है
dāho jatugṛhasyātra haiḍimbaṃ parva cocyate | tato bakavadhaḥ parva parva caitrarathaṃ tataḥ ||
